LEAD refers to its supporters as investors because they invest in the future of the San Diego region. LEAD investors play a critical role in ensuring our ongoing effectiveness in strengthening our region’s leaders, engaging the community, and assisting our leaders to take action for the benefit of our communities.

The ability to interact with the LEAD Graduate Members and current class members.
Providing grants in support of Core Curriculum class members.
