IMPACT San Diego is LEAD San Diego’s community and civic issues-oriented leadership development program.
This 10-month program highlights perspectives from local leaders and experts on the day’s topic ranging from Arts & Culture to Health & Human Services, the Military, K-12 Education, Law & Society and more.
IMPACT includes significant community investment work through the Leadership Action Team Initiative. Meaningful optional seminars have also been included to provide even more experiential learning opportunities
