LEAD SAN DIEGO is fortunate to have a dedicated and influential group of community leaders to serve as our board of directors.
Each director brings a unique skill-set and expertise to further enrich the values of the LEAD organization. Their guidance and experience are a vital asset and necessary to ensuring that LEAD fulfills its mission and vision.
LEAD San Diego’s board of directors understands what leadership is all about and knows that even the board requires a group of individuals to take on executive positions and provide leadership to the LEAD’s governing body.
Members of the executive committee are confirmed for their positions each fiscal year as a result of board action taken during the last meeting of the preceding fiscal year. In certain circumstances, they are delegated to act on behalf of the full board.
